This is my project that I we have just completed in whitefield bangalore India.
I have been in this project for past one year.
The breathtaking campus, situated in a 12 acre facility, comprises three Software Development Blocks (SDBs) an Administration Block, Recreation and Library Block,a Utility Block. The ground coverage of the various buildings is only 20% and the rest of the campus is beautifully landscaped with lush green trees and plantation, reflective water bodies, fountains and cascading pools to enhance the aesthetics’ of the campus.
The buildings laid out on a sprawling curve with the Software Blocks on one side and the Administration and recreation blocks on the other, the enclosed space are developed as an open air amphitheatre with tiered seating for spectators and a central stage for performance.
Software Development Blocks (SDB 1) G+2 for which I had supervised can accommodate 220 software engineer, 8 senior executives, 5 conference rooms, a laboratory and restroom in each floor.
The campus is well illuminated by Street Lights, Bollards, Step lights, Building Focus Lights, under water lights in the water bodies. It’s very beautiful to have a view of the illuminated campus in the evenings.
I feel happier for being the part of such a vibrant and scenic project
I had learnt a lot here about building electricficition,external lighting ,planning etc.
Its the new office of Larsen and Toubro Infotech the sister concern of the Larsen and Toubro -who are the number one in construction in India.
